Rooting android phones

Hey Guys,
This is not a guide on rooting your Android phone but rather just a post about rooting your phone.Rooting is where you gain access to the root folder i.e, gain access to administrative privileges on your phone.This will enable you to make backup's on your phone,customize the UI,overclock the processor and much more.
This is done by replacing what is called a "kernel".Click here to know what a kernel is.Replacing the kernel may cause some instability but this is very very rare, most of the time the custom kernel will improve phone responsiveness and battery life.

                   WARNING ROOTING YOUR PHONE WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY .

An important thing to keep in mind would be that each phone is different and even though you have the same software the kernel you have to use for rooting may be different.That is why I am just providing the links to where the kernels,roms, software,guides etc. are all available at one place.

3.Find the one that says how to ROOT.
4.Follow the guide.
5.There is no fifth step.
